We’re growing fast and looking for a detail-focused, team oriented individuals to join our paint shop department.
At least 1+ years experience in RV, automotive, marine, or industrial paint shop (preferred).
Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and around large vehicles.
High attention to detail and obsessive care for precision.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded.
Experience with custom paint, graphics, fades, or multi-color schemes.
Knowledge of RV construction and body lines.
Familiarity with automotive or RV paint systems (PPG, Axalta, Sherwin-Williams, etc.).
Experience in a high-volume or custom paint shop environment.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
Comfortable working in paint booth environments and around chemicals (PPE provided).
Ability to bend, reach, kneel, tape, and measure on multiple surface heights.
